Our association is a professional body which comprised of Graduated Government Medical Officers holding M.B.B.S. or equivalent medical degree recognized by Sri Lanka Medical Council. All of us are engaged in General Practice in the community during our off hours of service at Government Hospital.
We have formed this organization mainly to improve cooperation and inter-relationship among Doctors, to safeguard their professional rights , to improve their academic knowledge and to participate in community based health promotional activities.
